Who qualifies as an international student?
Agnes Scott College Marvin B. Perry Presidential Scholarships recognizes and celebrates the many international experiences represented in our student body. For the purpose of admission, students who do not hold a US passport (and are not considered DACA or undocumented students living in the U.S.) are considered international students. This includes students who intend to apply for an F-1 Visa as well as those who are in the U.S. with any other Visa type (e.g., H-4, L-2, etc.).
